Knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks - including, but not limited to Microsoft operating systems, Apple operating systems, Chrome operating systems, software, and networks. Knowledge of software and software install and troubleshooting. Knowledge of computer peripherals, including printer installation and troubleshooting. Ability to multitask. Organizational skills in regards to inventory and item location. Remote software management. Chromebook Active Directory Knowledge 2 years of experience in computer support or related field. Provide customer service and support. Troubleshoot computer hardware, replace parts, setup and move systems and printers as required Install and troubleshoot computer software and operating systems. Imaging / OS deployment; Interactive whiteboard support. Projectors support and routine maintenance. Basic network troubleshooting and support Work documentation and inventory, records keeping. Teamwork, participation in projects as required. Verbal and written communication with I.T. personnel and ECISD staff. Identify and provide solutions based on staff input. Inventory control of campus technology Working directly with Campus Administration on day to day needs. Support of Student one-to-one devices including signing out devices and upkeep of devices needing repair. Support of testing environment and program updates and patches. Campus Chrome Admin Console Support. Any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications :
Education / Certification :
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited HS or GED Program
- Degrees and certifications preferred, not required.
