The Opportunity :

A top-tier Texas-based law firm is seeking an experienced

Construction Attorney to join its Dallas office. This firm is highly regarded for its depth in construction law and offers a supportive, team-focused environment. You'll enjoy working on meaningful litigation matters, professional development opportunities, and beautiful office space.

Role Highlights : As a

Construction Attorney , you will :

Handle a wide range of matters including construction defects, contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, and related litigation.

Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and manage key deadlines with precision.

Represent clients in hearings, depositions, trials, and mediation / arbitration proceedings.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on compliance and construction-related legal issues.

Work closely with a collaborative litigation team that values hands-on involvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Licensed in Texas.

2–10 years of construction litigation experience.

Board certification is a plus, but not required.

Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills.

Open to candidates with or without a portable book of business.

What’s in It for You :

Competitive base salary : $110,000–$200,000 (for those without a book).

Attorneys with a book will receive compensation based on their practice.
