DESCRIPTION
The Estimating Coordinator works closely with the Chief Estimator to support the bid process by providing administrative assistance in gathering, calculating, and compiling data for use in creating project and proposal estimates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Chief Estimator to provide requested information throughout the bid process
- Organize and maintain bid documents
- Assist with takeoffs
- Support bid process by inputting data into appropriate systems
- Create documents to support handoff process from Estimating to Operations
- Maintain bid calendar and communicate deadlines to the appropriate parties to keep the bid process on target
- Lift up to 10lbs
- Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
- Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate
- Maintain the standards, culture and values of CML Security
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Pay Range : $20-$30 an hour
Expected Fill Date : August 2025
Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
