This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone with strong field knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of each project. Explore our work at Key Responsibilities- Crew Supervision : Lead and mentor crew members to complete tasks safely and effectively.- Project Coordination : Manage daily job site operations and align tasks with the overall project schedule.- Work Quality & Efficiency : Uphold high-quality standards and ensure project goals are met efficiently.- Safety Leadership : Enforce all safety protocols and conduct safety meetings on-site.- Material & Equipment Management : Oversee tools, materials, and supplies; coordinate with vendors to prevent delays.- Training & Development : Provide hands-on training to laborers and new hires.- Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between field crews and ownership.- Problem Solving : Address and resolve job site challenges as they arise.- Quality Control : Inspect work for adherence to company and client expectations; correct deficiencies proactively. Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in construction or marine construction, including supervisory responsibilities.- Proven ability to lead and motivate crews effectively in the field.- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices.- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.- High school diploma or GED preferred.- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work outdoors in variable conditions, and troubleshoot in real time.
