This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, innovation, and high standards in quality, budget, and timeline execution. You'll be managing projects from pre-construction through final closeout-while also helping build the company's reputation, client relationships, and repeat business. Learn more at Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects (strip centers, offices, warehouses, restaurants, gas stations).- Lead ground-up builds, site development, and tenant interior build-outs.- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.- Oversee permitting, inspections, and code compliance with architects, engineers, and municipalities.- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams.- Lead jobsite safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.- Conduct weekly progress meetings and generate status reports.- Negotiate change orders and contracts with subcontractors / vendors.- Provide leadership and mentorship to superintendents and field staff.- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and maintain schedule accountability. Qualifications- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction project management.- Proven ability to lead field operations and project teams.- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and site coordination.- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; construction software experience a plus.- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction or engineering a plus.- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and committed to long-term success with our team.
