We're looking for a Senior Construction Inspector to join our vibrant team in either our Austin or Round Rock, TX office. In this role, you'll be at the heart of exciting wastewater treatment, water treatment, and heavy civil construction projects , ensuring they're built to the highest standards. You'll work closely with Garver's talented Project Engineers and Managers, helping bring complex infrastructure to life while maintaining quality and safety.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as the Owner's trusted representative , ensuring construction meets or exceeds plans and specifications.
• Be a key communicator-interacting with contractors, staff, and the public with professionalism and positivity.
• Use your keen eye and experience to observe, document, and interpret construction activities.
• Help solve problems on-site, working collaboratively with contractors to keep projects moving forward.
• Review monthly pay applications to ensure accurate billing and fair compensation.
• Support Garver's commitment to excellence by maintaining detailed records and staying ahead of deadlines.
