- The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic.
- This individual serves as a resource for the BMT / Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists.
- Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
- Additional duties will include the coordination and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with management of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
- Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.
Minimum education of BS Pharm.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
ASHP residency preferred.
