Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing advice, information, and solutions. The position aims to maintain high-quality service standards and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring quality of scheduling for appointments and procedures. On average you are taking 45-70 inbound calls while making 80 outbound per day. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer or make calls to customers regarding their account efficiently and professionally.
  • Accurately document all calls using the appropriate computer systems.
  • Follow up on unresolved queries and complete any call-back requests promptly.
  • Maintain and develop strong knowledge of procedures and updates related to the campaign.
  • Work towards achievable targets within a team-oriented environment.
  • Adhere to quality scripts and maintain high-quality scores.
  • Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times.
  • Attend monthly performance discussions and departmental meetings as requested.
  • Comply with all security requirements under HIPAA / PHI and stated policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Skills

  • Knowledge of performance expectations in a contact center environment.
  • Medical scheduling and patient registration knowledge.
  • Understanding of patient privacy requirements for PHI.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to engage employees in a contact center environment.
  • Proficiency in personal computer and electronic medical record software usage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual, English, and Spanish preferred.
  • Must pass the Health Care Language Proficiency or Interpreter Assessment if communicating in languages other than English.
