The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you are expected to lead the design and development of Contact Center AI and Technology solutions that improve customer engagement and satisfaction. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.
