Palm Beach Motor Yachts and Grand Banks seek a hands-on Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our digital presence across platforms. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller with a strong understanding of luxury audiences and experience creating compelling content on and around the water.Strong experience in both capturing and editing content as well as managing social channels in collaboration with an in-house marketing team in Stuart, Florida.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute social media strategies for both brands, aligned with the leadership team's brand tone and marketing priorities.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Capture and edit original photo and video (standard and aerial) content aboard yachts and at events, with a focus on authenticity and elegance.
  • Execute and help manage content calendars, schedules, and own community engagement and posting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to amplify campaigns and drive engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize based on insights

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in social media or content marketing, preferably in luxury, marine, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong photography and video skills, including drone usage, comfort shooting aboard yachts and on the water
  • Passion for boating and understanding of the yachting lifestyle are a plus.
  • Able to travel to boat shows and other events occasionally throughout the year.
