We're hiring a Content Creator to join the team behind Alex and Leila Hormozi on a full time, contract-to-hire basis.

We're looking for a content-savvy, strategy-driven creative to help on short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll be responsible for everything end-to-end : editing videos, designing graphical posts, publishing content, analyzing performance, and most importantly, making content that grows fast. You'll work directly with the Mozi Media team, the Hormozis, and report to one of our Shorts Managers.

If you are a short-form content rockstar, know how to spot trends before they peak, and can turn creative instincts into repeatable systems, you'll thrive here. Bonus if you already know and love Alex & Leila's content.

Role :

• We're looking for a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our growing creative team.
• In this role, you'll own end-to-end short-form content creation for Alex or Leila Hormozi's Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• That includes editing videos, designing graphical posts, publishing content, analyzing performance.
• You'll report to one of the Shorts Managers (Team Alex, Team Leila, or Team Sharran) and collaborate closely with the Mozi Media team.
• This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves making content that actually moves the needle.

Who You Are :

Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. What works, what doesn't, and how to stay ahead of trends.

Proven experience growing social accounts and driving results through content creation.

Strong design skills and attention to detail, especially with graphics.

Comfortable using video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and image editing tools like Canva or Photoshop.

You're not just creative, you think in systems. You're proactively looking at what's working, and adjust based on what moves the needle.

From captions to graphics, you care about getting it right and catching the little things others miss.

Whether you're writing, giving feedback, or sharing a performance update, you're clear and easy to work with.

Platforms change fast. You're curious, flexible, and willing to evolve with them.

4+ years creating social media content that performs.

Familiar with tools like Runway, Google VEO / Flow, Claude / ChatGPT or similar? It's a plus - not a dealbreaker.

What You'll Be Doing :

Produce 2-3 short-form videos and / or graphics each day for Alex or Leila's social channels.

Keep a close eye on what's working across platforms and apply those trends in a way that fits Alex and / or Leila's voice.

Test and recommend new tools (like AI or automation) that help us move faster without losing quality.

Plan and execute strategies that boost engagement and growth - with a focus on Instagram.

Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short videos made specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Create sharp, on-brand visuals from carousels and infographics to simple text-based posts; especially for Instagram.

Regularly review what's working, share quick reports with insights, and recommend tweaks to the content plan.

Help the team understand emerging content styles, editing approaches, and creative tools.

Join team calls, brainstorm sessions, and async reviews. Your voice and ideas matter here.

Help us refresh and refine content buckets based on what's trending, what's performing, and what the brand needs.

Coordinate collaboration posts between Alex and Leila, and identify smart collaboration opportunities with others.

Document your workflows so others can step in when needed, and contribute to building scalable content creation systems.

Maintain clean files and SOPs in ClickUp, Notion, and Google Drive so teammates can always find what they need.

Share updates on timelines, deliverables, and any blockers. No one's left guessing.

The Results You Bring :

Maintain a consistent content runway for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Maintain a clear mix of content types : educational, inspirational, and trend-based, so we never run dry or go off-brand.

Add 15-30 fresh short-form ideas every week into our running doc to keep the team creatively fueled.

Build simple weekly reports on performance (views, watch time, shares, etc.) and offer insights we can actually use.

Ensure every asset feels aligned with the look, tone, and quality of Alex and Leila's brands.

Help us combine meaningful messages with attention-grabbing trends, humor, or memes without losing substance.

Help the team meet all posting deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks.
