- Manage, monitor, and maintain computer networks and related computing environments.
- Install, configure, and support network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls).
- Perform routine network monitoring, identifying and troubleshooting network issues.
- Maintain network security by setting up firewalls, updating security protocols, and responding to security breaches.
- Support and manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data protection protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams and departments to ensure seamless network integration and functionality.
- Provide user support and training as needed for network-related issues.
- Document network infrastructure, configurations, and processes for transparency and team collaboration.
