Corporate Counsel Role Summary

How will you make a difference?

The Corporate Counsel reports directly to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and serves as a key member of Wabtec's legal team. This role is responsible for providing general corporate legal guidance, supporting a wide range of corporate matters.

What do we want to know about you?

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 4 - 10 years legal experience including working in US public company law department and / or large multinational US based law firm
• Demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct, with a strong sense of integrity
• Familiarity with ISS, Glass Lewis, and other proxy advisory firm policies and practicesTop of Form

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between

$161,300.00-$229,800.00

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. Other benefit offerings for this role may include an annual bonus and equity offerings, if eligible.
