Required Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance, investment banking, or management consulting

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

MBA, CFA, or ASA, FSA required

Significant knowledge of life insurance, annuities, and retirement products

Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing teams
