Position Description : Assist the Production Team Leader and shift teammates in the safe and effective completion of daily production and loading requirements to include :

• Proper labeling of packages
• Handling raw materials (hazardous and non-hazardous)
• Quality control analysis and routine testing of product samples
• Data retrieval and entry in the facility's computer system (SAP)
• Safe Operation of powered industrial truck and yard truck
• Management and disposal of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous)

Significant moving, lifting and manual labor is required. All employees are expected to work safely in accordance with established safety policies and wear company supplied PPE including a respirator.

Position Requirements : Reading, writing and mathematical aptitude is required for performance of job duties. In addition, good communication and interpersonal skills are a definite requirement. The successful candidate will possess computer skills or the ability to acquire through training. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to work shifts and desire to improve their personal skills. A high school diploma is required. Advanced studies and / or several years of related work experience are pluses. Permanent residency status in the U.S. or authorization by the Attorney General to be employed in the U.S. is required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,600.00 and $64,300.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
