Job Description

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking an Intensivist to join the team at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Qualified Candidates :

  • Must be board certified / board eligible in Critical Care
  • Florida License or ability to obtain
  • Interest in Full Time
  • Mix of days and nights, block scheduling
  • 15 shifts per month, Mix of 12 hour shifts and 8 hr shifts
  • Staffing model : 2-Physicians and 1 APP during the day, 1- Physician and 1 APP at night
  • MICU, Neuro ICU,CVICU
  • Closed ICU, work closely with consultants
  • High acuity, mixed patient population : 48 -bed ICU - (24-bed medical / surgical, 24-bed CVICU)
  • ECMO experience preferred
  • ACGME Residency and Fellowship programs with clinical bedside teaching responsibilities. Experience with SIM and POCUS a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish a bonus
