OCM has provided high-quality professional janitorial services in commercial office buildings, warehouse and logistics centers, education facilities, and healthcare facilities in Columbus and the surrounding areas.
About This Role
Flex custodians are on-call team members that maintain the cleanliness of our clients’ facilities. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to : removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site. You should have a flexible schedule, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle.
Flex Custodian Responsibilities :
- Travel to different client sites, as assigned by operational leadership.
- Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
- Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
- Restock and clean restrooms.
- Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Must be able to work 7 days a week, on call as needed
