Responsibilities :
Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences
Assist customers by phone, email, chat, text, and social media
Schedule service reservations for customers
Own all customer issues or concerns
Escalate customer concerns as needed
Work closely with sales and service departments to resolve any issues
Requirements : High school diploma
Organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Genuine desire to solve problems
Ability to think critically
Ability to show empathy toward customers while handling their requests
Ability to actively listen
A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
Ability to multitask
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
