Job Summary

We are seeking a responsive, communicative, and self-motivated Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to support our order management and customer engagement processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with legacy systems, managing time-sensitive tasks, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, verify, and manage customer orders in dated / legacy ERP and CRM systems
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Provide timely and professional follow-up with customers regarding order status, lead times, pricing, and product availability
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Production, Shipping) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor email and phone channels for customer inquiries, responding promptly and thoroughly
• Track and escalate issues appropriately to ensure resolution within established timeframes
• Maintain documentation for customer interactions, changes, and escalations
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the customer service function
