Accentuate Staffing is hiring Hybrid Customer Service Representatives for a growing national company that supports property owners and adjusters during catastrophic weather events. This role offers flexible scheduling, with two shift options available : Wednesday–Saturday, 12 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM Tuesday–Saturday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM We’re also open to part-time candidates. This is a hybrid position requiring at least two in-office days per week, with Wednesday as a mandatory in-office day. We’re looking for professionals who can manage high call volumes and workloads while maintaining strong customer service and a calm, professional demeanor. Responsibilities : Enter and verify information for entry into CRM platform Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents Respond to information requests from clients over the phone and email Answer phones and respond to client requests Onboard new customers Requirements : Must be proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms Ability to process large amounts of information accurately and quickly Team player, Organized , Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone demeanor Excellent customer service skills Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 12 pm until 8 pm Experience in insurance or horticulture would be preferred
