Graebel Companies is seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Security Engineer to join our dynamic and global team to secur e our Azure cloud infrastructure and workforce . The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience in implementing and maintaining security solutions across Azure cloud environments and M365 . This role involves collaborating with IT teams to identify risks, implement controls, and enhance the organization's overall security posture.

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $105,000 to $130,000 .

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage Azure security solution s , including Entra ID and Azure Security Center .

Develop and maintain Identity and Access Management including policies, conditional access , single sign-on integrations and least privilege access controls.

Implement and monitor Azure security tools, such as : Azure Defender, Azure Key Vault, Azure Firewall, and Azure Policy.

Impl ement and manage M365 security tools, including :

Microsoft Defender for Office 365

Microsoft Defender for Identity

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager

Configure and maintain compliance tools, including sens i tiv it y labels, retention policies and insider risk management .

Collaborate with global technology teams to integrate security controls in the cloud u sing standardized configuration tools.

Monitor cloud environments for security incidents and anomalies and respond to suspected incidents in a timely manner .

Provide security expertise and support to internal teams during the design, development, and deployment of infrastructure, applications, and services.

Work with external partners and customers to address security-related issues and escalations.

Assist with sales enablement including requests for proposal , updating documentation , and providing responses in timely manner.

The targets for this role are dependent on market / geographic location and range from $105,000 to $130,000 .
