Additionally must possess a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with IT product team and operations teams and all stakeholders to identify change barriers track adoption metrics and ensure sustained platform usage.
- Analyze the customer data and create a hierarchy for Organizations Facilities Accounts and meters
- Analyze the existing hierarchy and propose changes to improve the overall data quality.
- Create detailed design documents for the development teams use on new or existing customer integrations
- Update the DevOps tasks and assist the business in prioritizing the tasks in sprints
- Develop test cases and test the data in the QA environment
- Support Energy Cap BSNY and other data integrations
- Strong Ability to collaborate and communicate with IT product team and operations teams and all stakeholders to identify change barriers track adoption metrics and ensure sustained platform usage.
