We are Constructiv, a Generac Company, empowering your technology through mission critical infrastructure delivery. Our team has over 20 years of technical project delivery experience. During this period, we have established a standard for building the critical power and cooling infrastructure that supports data centers.
Travel
Travel is required up to 90%. 90% is required due to assignment being on site / physical location, living in temporary housing. Onsite is Monday - Friday with occasional off hours work, nights and weekends as needed.

Major Responsibilities
- Oversee the full integration process post base-building completion to ensure data centers are "Ready for Network Install" (RNI) and "Ready for Server Install" (RSI).
- Lead cross-functional teams including general contractors, lease providers, and internal stakeholders to meet critical project milestones and handoffs.
- Manage installation and commissioning (Cx) of network infrastructure systems including WAN, LAN, and WLAN. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and timelines.
- Actively promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all work is conducted in alignment with established safety protocols.
- Daily Operations :
45% Onsite fieldwork including site walks, progress checks, and safety meetings with field teams.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in the typical conditions of a manufacturing environment, including seasonal variations in temperatures and occasional exposure to manufacturing fumes or byproducts. The employee must comply with the assigned location PPE requirements, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing, and shields for required tasks, and closed-toed or safety shoes as required by facility safety policies. The employee must be able to work in varying weather conditions including extreme heat, snow, and ice. The employee may be required to obtain a DOT Medical Card and have the ability to drive a heavy-duty truck on a daily basis.
