What You'll Be Doing Journeyman Electricians : Install cable tray, conduit (EMT, PVC, Rigid), and MC cable Terminate, trim out, and wire electrical panels and systems Read and work from electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics Lead portions of the build-out for high-demand AI data centers Mentor apprentices and help ensure safe, quality-driven execution Apprentice Electricians : Assist with installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and basic repairs Learn the layout and infrastructure of mission-critical data center builds Follow safety protocols, document work, and grow your electrical skillset Work hands-on in a fast-paced team, supporting experienced journeymen What You’ll Need to Succeed Journeyman Requirements : Active Journeyman Electrician License (Class A or B) OR eligible for reciprocity (AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, SD, OK, TX, WI) Minimum 4+ years of verifiable electrical experience OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred) MEWP (Lift) Certification (preferred) Must be able to read blueprints and install raceways, wire, panels, and terminations per code Apprentice Requirements : 2–4 years of experience in an electrical apprenticeship (preferred) Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Basic computer skills and a strong work ethic Must pass background check and drug screening Why Join This Project?
