As the welcoming face of our law firm, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive first impressions. While managing phone calls is a key part of your duties, your role will quickly expand to encompass a variety of responsibilities. Compensation : 15 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a sincere smile and enthusiasm.
• Listen attentively and empathetically to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate smoothly with team members and maintain a strong focus on customer service.
