Axis is seeking a dedicated Segment Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the banking and finance sector by leveraging physical security expertise.

Role Overview :

As Axis’ recognized authority in physical security for Banking and Financial Institutions, you will lead the development and execution of targeted strategies to promote Axis security solutions—specifically IP video, access control, and perimeter security—within this segment. You will collaborate with industry stakeholders, align solutions with customer needs, and engage with industry associations to position Axis as a trusted security partner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Subject Matter Expertise & Thought Leadership :

Develop industry-specific security strategies, build annual sales and marketing plans, and serve as a trusted voice on physical security trends affecting Banking & Finance. Represent Axis at industry events, webinars, and association meetings, positioning yourself as the go-to expert.

Translate customer security needs into tailored solutions, communicating with banking and finance executives about the value of physical security systems. Participate in industry groups, influence standards, and keep abreast of government regulations impacting the sector.

Provide insights to product teams on security needs within banking, including access control, perimeter detection, and video surveillance solutions. Identify innovative opportunities for integrating security systems with operational technology and business intelligence. Foster partnerships with system integrators and technology providers focused on physical security.

Collaborate with sales teams to support security sales cycles, improve their industry knowledge, and strengthen customer relationships. Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet the security standards and requirements of banking clients.
