A leading printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing and assembly company is seeking a skilled and driven PCB Process Engineer. Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to resolve process issues and improve manufacturing performance
- Develop and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create technical documentation such as process flows, work instructions, and training materials
- Drive cost-effective, high-yield production processes that meet quality and throughput goals
- Benchmark internal practices against industry standards and recommend enhancements
- Manage capital projects related to capacity expansion and technology upgrades
- Collaborate across departments to ensure customer quality and delivery expectations are met
- Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines (OSHA, RCRA, etc.)
- May be involved with hazardous waste handling per departmental procedures
