Responsibilities

They also assist in meal service manage inventory perform cleaning tasks check diet trays and deliver food to designated areas.

Ensures that nutrition documentation complies with regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of an Associates Degree in Nutrition preferred.

Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain soon after hire

ServeSafe Certified Manager / Diet Tech preferred

Two (2) years experience in long term care dietary charting preferred

Fingerprint Clearance Card
