Our client, a leading provider of Electrical Supply products and services, is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join their team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, helping to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and providing ongoing sales and operational support. Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure a consistently positive experience.
- Write customer orders and discuss pricing and product availability.
- Develop processes to keep customers organized and informed, including forecasting support.
- Participate in ongoing training related to electrical distribution equipment and lighting.
- Provide purchasing insights based on customer conversations and relationships.
- Assist walk-in customers with product questions and handle cash / credit transactions.
- Support telephone sales (answer calls, take messages, route inquiries, process orders).
- Prepare and pick sales orders to assist the warehouse team.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and customer communications.
- Maintain showroom displays and literature.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
