About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader for the role of Vice President, Property & Asset Management. This is a pivotal executive position responsible for the full strategic and operational oversight of a large and diverse real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and retail assets.

As part of the executive leadership team, the VP will lead and inspire a high-performing team of over 100 professionals across operations, leasing, and asset management functions. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of elevating service standards, streamlining operations, and driving performance in property and asset management environments.

The mandate is clear : to deliver an exceptional tenant experience while maximizing asset value and operational efficiency. The VP will be charged with implementing forward-thinking asset strategies, advancing property performance through technology and process modernization, and cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.

With a focus on long-term planning, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, this leader will play a critical role in positioning the organization as a top-rated rental management company in the industry.

You are a dynamic and strategic people leader with a strong foundation in real estate operations, ideally within residential or mixed-use portfolios. You’ve successfully led large, diverse teams and know how to balance high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution. You’re known for driving operational improvements, building cohesive teams, and delivering measurable results.

The base compensation range for this position is targeted between $200-300k plus bonus and benefits. The exact compensation range will vary depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
