Job Description BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Digital / RF Technician to join their fast-paced Engineering and Test team in Nashua, New Hampshire. You will be supporting a wide variety of tasks in the day-to-day operation within a Engineering Lab.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and / or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment : conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks : makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
• Familiar with setup, calibration, and use of Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzer, and / or Power Meters.
• Familiar with work related database tracking applications
• Collaborate with all functional groups on various projects.
• Maintain accurate records and explain defects found-clearly and concisely.
• Must be willing to work off shifts as required by the needs of the business.
• Individual who has initiative, motivation and desire to learn and grow.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $74508 - $119213

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
