As our Digital Marketing Manager , you'll be a key driver of demand generation, full-funnel marketing performance, and cross-channel strategy execution across multiple B2B SaaS products. This isn't just another marketing role. We're looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a love for experimentation-with deep expertise in ad platforms, AI-driven tools, and web strategy. • Own and optimize organic and paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Manage and scale multi-million dollar annual budgets to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and ROI.
• Create holistic digital strategies that span paid, organic, and social to drive acquisition and retention.
• Execute high-performance campaigns, including creation, A / B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
• Build high-converting landing pages and nurture flows using Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.
• Utilize AI tools and data platforms to streamline operations, improve targeting, and enhance creative performance.
• Drive insights through analytics, ensuring every dollar spent is measured, evaluated, and iterated.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, ICP targeting, and campaign goals for multiple SaaS products.
• Lead social media marketing strategies, particularly for LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
• Champion ongoing content and functionality upgrades and lead improvements in SEO optimization for Lofty websites
• Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, B2B growth tactics, and real estate tech.

What's the work location?

You'll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix-a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you'll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week-giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.

What's the earning potential ($$$)?

First-year earnings? The role offers a base salary of $110,000 - $120,000, plus eligibility for a 20% performance bonus. Bring your best, and there's real potential to earn more-it's a great way to turn great work into real rewards!
