My client is seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in digital marketing sales leadership . This role requires someone who can motivate, manage, and hold accountable appointment setters and closers , while driving revenue growth through innovative sales systems and strategies.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has hands-on experience with Closed.io and Go High Level , and is passionate about building high-performance teams that consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Leadership : Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring processes, tools, and systems maximize productivity.
- Team Management & Motivation : Coach, mentor, and inspire appointment setters and closers to consistently achieve results.
- Sales Process Optimization : Design and refine workflows to streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, and conversions.
- Training & Development : Conduct weekly sales meetings, roleplay sessions, and ongoing coaching to sharpen skills and drive performance.
- Relationship Building : Foster strong connections with prospects and clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention beyond the initial sale.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align goals and messaging.
