Job Description

As an Inclusion & Belonging Associate reporting to the Senior Director of Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships, you'll support strategic programs that foster inclusive workplace practices and strengthen external partnerships. This opportunity is a part-time (20 hrs / week) role during the current fall semester and offers hands-on experience in project coordination, accessibility advocacy, and social impact programming.

Responsibilities :

• Help with planning and execution of inclusion-related events and programs.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for programs and events.
• Support programs focused on financial literacy, accessible design, and community engagement.
• Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and best practices.
• Help track project deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation for external partnerships.
• Collaborate to ensure agreement on organizational goals and values.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The hourly pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
