A company is looking for a Document Specialist responsible for managing policy and client-facing documents for Hospital Indemnity insurance products. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update a centralized repository of Hospital Indemnity policy documents, ensuring accuracy and version control Revise and update client-facing forms, certificates, applications, and notices in accordance with regulatory and product requirements Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to incorporate regulatory changes into documents Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 2-4 years of experience in document management, healthcare insurance operations, or compliance support Familiarity with health insurance products, particularly Hospital Indemnity, Accident, or Critical Illness Strong organizational skills with proven experience in version control and document repository management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
