Job Title : Industrial Electrician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of 8 different production lines within our facility. You will work primarily with extrusion machines, conveyors, and vacuum pumps.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting sensors and relays
• Rewiring motors and electrical systems up to 12V - 24V testing
• Experience with PLCs is highly advantageous
• Maintain and repair extrusion machines, conveyors, and vacuum pumps.
• Troubleshoot and rewire motors and electrical systems up to 480 volts.
• Utilize schematics for effective troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure the operational efficiency of production lines by performing regular maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold safety standards as a top priority.
• Strong electrical experience, particularly with motors and systems up to 480 volts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Experience with PLCs is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is beneficial.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bakersfield, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
