Our client, a small architecture firm, is hiring a Construction Engineer Manager on a temp to perm basis , ASAP! This role is 5 days / week onsite in Fort Worth / Dallas - Texas.

Working one Saturday / month will be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small construction team (conduct daily morning meetings)
• Manage construction sequencing for all team members and trades
• Manage and provide team schedules to adhere to deadlines
• Keep records of budgets and materials
• Track deliveries and allocate supplies to the correct site
• Ensure compliance with design intent
• Provide an agenda and lead weekly management meetings for project updates
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules
• Organize material orders and deliveries
• Manage construction sequencing for all team members and trades
• Send progress photos and updates daily
• Keep records of budgets and materials
• Promptly report unforeseen site conditions to the architect
