About The Job
As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will perform the systems engineering function by writing and allocating requirements. You will design and develop the safety-critical circuitry to be used in Ignition Safety Devices (ISD) and Electronic Safe and Arm Devices (ESAD). You will specify and be responsible for the testing of ISDs and ESADs, including environmental testing. In addition to EE tasks you will provide technical and project execution leadership to ISD and ESAD programs throughout their lifecycle, from cradle-to-grave. The right person for this role has direct, hands-on experience with the development of ISD, ESAD's and related devices from concept to production, deep technical understanding of ISD and ESAD design and production, and excellent project management skills. What You'll Do
- Perform the Systems Engineering function for ISDs and ESADs.
- Write and allocate requirements.
- Collaborate with other engineers on the design of ISDs and ESADs.
- Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews.
- Lead ISD and ESAD programs from concept into production.
- Own the programhave full authority and responsibility for its execution.
- Generate program plans and execute to them.
- Be the "face of the program" with internal and external customers.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of an interdisciplinary technical team.
- Coordinate activities with other Anduril Rocket Motor Systems organizations outside of Engineering, such as Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain.

US Salary Range $120,700 - $181,050 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
