We're seeking Enrollment Representatives to join our award-winning Contact Center team in Westminster, CO. What You'll Do :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families via inbound calls.
  • Answer questions about facilities, schedule tours, and guide families through enrollment.
  • Place outbound follow-up calls to ensure families have the information they need.
  • Think on your feet to resolve unexpected issuesno rigid scripts here!
  • Collaborate with team members and centers to deliver an exceptional experience.

What We're Looking For :

Must Have :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Ability to document conversations accurately and manage multiple tasks.
  • Typing speed of 4045 WPM and solid data entry skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer functions.
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience in education or child care settings.
  • Exposure to higher education environments.

    Job Type & Location :

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
