Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant coordinates the day-to-day operations of the facility as dictated by the company's policies and procedures under the direct supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services. This position interfaces directly with the client to determine ability to pay and is responsible for billing and collections as well as other administrative duties.
Essential Duties
Education and Experience
High-School diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience in verifying and providing utilization reviews with insurance providers required. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required, office management experience preferred.
