We are looking for an entry-level Accountant to join our team in Diamond Bar, California. Responsibilities :

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues affecting balances.
• Investigate reasons for delinquent accounts and collaborate with customers to address discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of all collections activities, including account statuses and payment histories.
• Review customer accounts and aging reports to determine credit approval for order releases.
• Verify payment terms or credit conditions before releasing orders using relevant systems.
• Pre-authorize shipments from the Canadian warehouse by managing Excel worksheets.
• Conduct credit checks using Dun & Bradstreet to evaluate customer credit status.
• Update and manage customer credit profiles, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Run reports and document actions using internal systems to support credit and collections processes.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace while performing additional tasks as assigned.
