• Sales Targets :
• You'll have sales targets to meet, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert potential customers into enthusiastic community solar subscribers.

• Technical Aptitude :
• An ability to grasp technical concepts related to solar energy and explain them in simple terms to customers.
