In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to : Responsibilities Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations in accordance with corporate marketing standards Coordinate critical aspects of written proposal development, including compiling technical and non-technical data, assembly, editing, printing and submittal of proposal document Coordinate the preparation of interview / presentations and handout materials as required Coordinate, schedule, and maintain project photos Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing materials with appropriate context and messaging for intended audience(s) Coordinate trade show participation Support the planning and execution of industry conferences, promotions and artwork, and coordinate booth activities Continuously expand and update professional knowledge and skills to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills Cooperative and team-orientated work style and customer-service focus Strong attention to detail and design capabilities Ability to successfully engage with diverse personalities, teams, regional and national groups, technical managers, and project staff 1-5 years of experience in document layout, graphics, and the full document production process Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relative experience Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Service and client-oriented personality Aptitude to write and edit marketing and technical collateral Understanding of A / E / C industry preferred An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

Required Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign What We Believe HDR is our company.
