Environmental Services - Custodial Manager
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services - Custodial Manager to lead our dedicated team at Forest Grove Schools in Forest Grove, OR. Our leader will act as Operations Manager for Custodial, and assist in leading our Maintenance, and Grounds teams. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a service-driven professional who excels in delivering proactive customer service across multiple school sites, including those in the neighboring Banks School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting our cohesive team of custodial staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are consistently met. A valid driver's license with clear driving record, and the ability to pass a background check are required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, and a strong work ethic combined with excellent customer service skills is essential for success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Work with our team of cleaners 1 : 1, to assure they understand the responsibilities of cleaning to Sodexo standards
- Provide support as the second level manager to assist the general manager
- Implement company policies includes hiring, training, and daily operations
- Management custodial operations and safety throughout the districts
- A valid driver's license with clear driving record required
