Job Description :

• Preparation of environmental assessment, investigation, remedial action plan, and finalizes reports.
• Oversee compliance projects that meet, support, and maintain environmental compliance and protection in air quality, water quality, waste, or spill control and countermeasure.
• Leads work under Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation Recovery Act, Spill Prevention Controls and Counter Measure, New Source Review, CERCLA.
• Develops, writes, monitors, and reports progress of environmental compliance programs.
• Prepares and designs engineering options (such as systems, processes, and equipment for control, management, and remediation of water, air, and soil quality) and provides engineering recommendation as a resolution to environmental concern, both from an environmental and economic perspective.
• Develops and presents environmental compliance training or orientation sessions.
• Maintains, writes, and revises environmental documentation and procedures for generation and transmission facilities.
• Develops written testimony and provides oral testimony in legal and regulatory settings as required.
