This role manages projects from initiation through implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals adherence to timelines and effective resource utilization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules budgets risk management and resource allocation.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery within scope schedule and budget.
- Track project performance identify variances and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare and present project updates metrics and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives operational improvements and facility projects.
- Promote best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
