Stormwater Operations Specialists is seeking a skilled hard worker like you to join our field operations team . Our job sites are located in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky and our main office is located in Thomasville, NC. As a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator , you play a crucial role in our mission to maintain stormwater control measures and keep our communities safe.
With competitive pay of $24.00+ / hour , depending on qualification, this is your chance to enjoy a rewarding career with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
After a 60-day probation period, you receive the following benefits :
- Paid time off (PTO) that accumulates over time-reaching up to 11 days at 10 years of employment
- 7 days off for Thanksgiving and 14 for Christmas
- A unique 7-day on, 7-day off schedule that guarantees you an 80-hour bi-weekly paycheck, even during off-season hours

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
Our workweek starts on Tuesday and ends the following Monday. You spend 7 days on, then 7 days off .
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you're the maestro of our construction sites, skillfully operating excavators, skid steers, hydraulic dredges, and more. Your days are filled with dynamic challenges and rewarding accomplishments as you ensure we stay on schedule and within budget.
You collaborate with your team to organize the site and make all materials, tools, and equipment readily available. You safely complete your assigned tasks, performing repairs and maintenance on stormwater control measures like excavation, grading, dredging, erosion repairs, and pipe installation. Your contributions are essential to our success and others' well-being.
