PrideStaff is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a company in Carlsbad, CA. Job Title : Operations Coordinator Pay Rate : $25 - $30 / hr DOE Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm (TTH) Location : Carlsbad, CA

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock levels meet business and customer needs.
  • Maintain safety, compliance, and operational best practices across warehouse operations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, carrier coordination, and freight cost control.
  • Prepare and verify timely, compliant shipping documentation
  • Streamline logistics workflows to improve service reliability and reduce costs.
  • Deliver operational reports, sales data, and order status updates to management.
  • Communicate with overseas teams regarding shipments and customs clearance.
  • Source ingredients from qualified suppliers and request samples for evaluation.
  • Place purchase orders and monitor supplier shipments.
