We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute high-impact events that reflect the Property Soar brand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to manage vendors, logistics, and client expectations from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate real estate events, community outreach programs, and promotional activities
Work closely with the marketing and property management teams to align event objectives
Secure venues, vendors, permits, and equipment for events
Manage event budgets, contracts, and schedules
Lead on-site setup, execution, and post-event breakdown
Handle guest lists, RSVPs, and communication with attendees
Conduct post-event evaluations and generate performance reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines
Knowledge of vendor negotiation and event budgeting
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
