Oasis Treatment is an integrated behavioral health organization offering trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and co-occurring needs. With multiple locations across Oregon, we provide accessible, culturally responsive care through high-intensity outpatient (HIOP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, psychiatric services, peer mentoring, and access to recovery housing. About the role

What you'll do
- Support clients through trauma-informed, person-centered services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including peers, therapists, prescribers, and leadership
- Help drive outcomes-based care and ensure fidelity to the highest clinical standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of quality and compliance
Qualifications
The pay range for this role is :
70,000 - 95,000 USD per year(US)
